(18 and over only) This is a vinyasa style yoga class with the added bonus of infrared heaters set to 90 degrees. The heat increases flexibility and brings you to a sweat releasing toxins from the body. Please make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day before class - the more water you drink, the more you sweat!
