Barre Fusion is a mix of Barre, yoga, Pilates and interval training to make your workout challenging. This low-impact class is suitable for all fitness levels and can help improve posture, flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular endurance.

(18 and over only) Slow Burn is a heated, slower paced, vinyasa yoga class designed to help you build strength & stability through controlled, mindful movements. In this class, postures are held for 2-4 breaths, allowing you to focus on safe alignment and breath awareness. Our infrared heaters warm the room between 85-90 degrees F, helping to increase flexibility and bring you to a sweat.

(18 and over only) This is a vinyasa style yoga class with the added bonus of infrared heaters set to 90 degrees. The heat increases flexibility and brings you to a sweat releasing toxins from the body. Please make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day before class - the more water you drink, the more you sweat!
