Single classes are $18. You can find out about the packages, memberships, and discounts that we offer here.
Walk-ins are welcome. However, pre-registration is recommended because:
- some of our classes fill up and may have a waitlist
- if there are zero people registered for a class, we may cancel it 1 hour prior
Please download the Mindbody app and find "GVO Studios," where you can make your reservations, buy passes, and view class changes/cancellations. If you have trouble with the app, please don't hesitate to send us an email for assistance.
All of our Pilates and Barre classes are beginner friendly. For yoga, we recommend starting with Yoga 101, Hatha Yoga, or Gentle Yoga. However, all of our instructors are equipped to offer modifications in any class -- please let your instructor know that you are new upon arrival. Listening to and honoring your body is key.
We encourage you to bring your own mat and a water bottle if you have one, but we do have mats for students to borrow and a water fountain, if needed. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, such as leggings or athletic shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. We will provide all the necessary props, such as blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, knee pads, balls, resistance bands, hand weights, gliding discs, and Pilates bars.
With the exception of our age-specific classes, students must be at least 16 years old. However, students who are 14-15 years old are permitted to attend class with a guardian over the age of 18.
As long as you have been cleared by your doctor to participate, we are happy to have you! Please let your instructor know that you are pregnant when you arrive for class. Pregnant women are NOT permitted to attend heated classes. We recommend trying Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, or Yoga 101. Remember to listen to your body and know your own limitations.
We request that you arrive at the studio with at least 5 minutes to spare before your scheduled class. Once class has begun, the studio door will be locked and your spot may be forfeited, as late arrivals are distracting for both teachers and students.
